A historic home renovated with care, where every detail has been thought through for your comfort. Private bathrooms, air conditioning, free WiFi, a shared coffee corner and a warm welcome from Marco and Roberta – because a good stay starts with the right information.
Room cleaning
The room is cleaned and bedsheets & towels are changed every three days (or earlier, at an extra price).
WiFi
We provide free wifi service in all the rooms and common areas.
Parking
There is a free public parking just a few steps from La Casa della Ada.
Fridge
There is a small shared refrigerator in the coffee area on the first floor of the building.
Coffee time
A shared coffee corner is available with electric kettle, coffee machine and everything you need to start your morning.
Staying with pets
Your four-legged friends are welcome on request. Supplement from €15/day.
No smoking area
We are a non-smoking property, outdoor smoking area is available.
English speaking host
Marco and Roberta speak Italian and English, and are ready to give you the best welcome!

We prefer to be fully transparent about our booking terms and conditions, so you can have the best booking experience and a perfect stay:
– Booking and cancellation: You can book by contacting us via email or by phone. To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival; otherwise the advanced payment is non refundable.
– All rooms include private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, towels, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. Bed linen included.
– Breakfast is not provided. There is a bar / pastry shop just 50 meters away; you also can use the coffee area on the first floor of the facility. Cooking is not allowed.
